The business is independently owned and run by husband and wife team, Richard and Louise, and started in 2012. They are both dedicated and passionate about building a successful business for themselves and their family.

Richard previously worked for Essex Police, and through years of Management experience, decided to take the step to start his own removals business, in April 2012. He has never looked back! The name of ‘Mr O’ originates from a nickname, shortened from Richard’s surname of O’Loughlin!

As Mr O Removals started to become busier, through word of mouth, advertising and making the name known, it was a fantastic opportunity for Louise to join the business, as Marketing and Admin Manager. She joined the business following the birth of their second child in November 2012, after previously working at a local school.

They enjoy running the business together, and making customers’ moves as stress-free as possible. They are always willing to go that extra mile, and provide the best service possible. They also offer 'no waiver fees' and OAP, NHS and Armed forces discounts!

They have a team of experienced and fully trained staff, who are ready and willing to move you! 

Mr O Removals is fully insured, with Goods in Transit insurance for up to £30,000 per vehicle, and Public Liability insurance up to 5 million.
